Do labels really matter? \u00a0To date there are over 80,000 different unregulated chemicals in the US that are being put in our food, lotions, shampoos, laundry detergent and more. \u00a0The list is never ending, so I ask you again do labels really matter? \u00a0It’s important that you know what you are putting in your body as well as on your body. \u00a0As a rule of thumb I always read the labels to know what I’m giving to my family. \u00a0Reading the labels has never been more important than it is today. \u00a0Most companies figure if they can slap a label on their products they are in the clear. \u00a0What do all of these labels mean? \u00a0We want to help you cut through the clutter. \u00a0We’ve done the homework to find out what some of the top certifications are and what they truly mean. \u00a0Here is some insight into the most commonly trusted labels:<\/p>\n
